Why do we need your data
When you order from us, the information you provide is included in our customer database. This file contains information necessary for the processing of orders, such as order, delivery and payment details. Our customer database is exclusively used for the execution and settlement of orders and for sending our newsletter (if you have given permission for this). We also share some data (name and address details, e-mail address and telephone number) with My Parcel/PostNL (transporter), if an order is sent. Your data will never be sold to third parties. Our website works via a secure SSL connection (recognizable by the 'lock' in the URL bar).

Customer data
In our customer database we store the following data:
Name and address details (Required, and necessary for sending the order.)
E-mail address (Required, and necessary for sending the order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If you have indicated that you also want to receive our newsletter, your e-mail address will be included in our MailChimp mailing file.)
Telephone number (Optional, is used in case we have questions about the order and for sending the order.)
Payment method (Necessary for our bookkeeping. We do not store any financial data, these are only processed by our bank (Triodos) in case of a bank transfer, by our PSP Mollie, in case of an online payment or by PayPal in case of a payment via PayPal.)

Account
You can create an account at Register in which you have an overview of your personal details, shipping addresses and orders. You can always adjust and/or deactivate this account.

Communication
When you send e-mail or other messages to us, we may store those messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal data, if it is relevant to the particular situation, so that we can process/answer your question/request. This data is stored on our own secure servers.

Newsletter
We send a biweekly newsletter, which you will only receive if you have registered for this (when placing an order or via the registration page on the website). We use MailChimp for sending the newsletter. The moment you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and name will automatically be saved in our mailing list at MailChimp. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Our review system is part of our website. Therefore, your data will not be shared with a third party.
