Corona crisis: Our webshop is still open

Dear clients,

The corona crisis brings a lot of uncertainty. First of all, we would like to wish everyone much strength with everything that is going on.

Because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have also taken precautions and our working method has been adjusted. We follow guidelines from the RIVM (Dutch institute of health) and the government. Health and safety of our employees are priority. As a result, it is currently not possible to visit us at our office/warehouse. And where possible people work online from home. We can still be reached by telephone, and of course you can always easily contact us by e-mail.

Our webshop remains open as usual
Fortunately, despite the current situation, we can still process and ship orders. And as long as the transport sector continues to function, orders can still be delivered. Because of the security of their deliverers, PostNL (Dutch post) has made some changes in their way of operating. Information we received about this can be found below.

To prevent the virus from spreading, PostNL takes extra measures. The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is paramount. For parcels which require signatures of the receiver, we took the following precautions: “From today, 16th of March, our deliverer signs for delivery, after permission of the receiver. This is done to minimalize contact between people. We ask the receiver for the last three digits of their ID and note these in the signature field.” Besides, delivery times can be extended: “PostNL does everything needed to reduce the chance of infection at employees. We currently work on measures to extend the delivery times of deliverers.” International parcels can sometimes be delayed. Up to date information about this can be found here: https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/actuele-vertragingen/buitenland/

We will of course continue to monitor the situation closely, and if something changes in our services, we will inform you here.

We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy. Take good care of each other!
